Yes, your order can be changed or modified. On the day of the order, you need to send an email directly to support@mydresslily.com before 12 pm PST, and we will have a person to check the new order with you. We can help you make changes before your order is shipped.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available. If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add support@mydresslily.com to your safe sender’s list.

Once the return is created, you will receive a refund immediately in the form of a store credit. After you send the return form, it takes 2 to 3 weeks for our warehouse to receive and process the refund of the original payment method you returned to you.
After receiving the returned item and processing the refund, we will send an email.
If your 60-day return window has passed in the middle of a return, your refund will still be issued correctly once the return is checked by the warehouse.
