Return and Exchange Policy

We at MyDresslily hope you love your new purchase. If not, we will happily accept your return for a refund or an exchange; subject to the conditions below.
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item, excluding Final Sale items. Returned or exchanged items must contact our customer service within the 14-Day Return Period.
  • If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns are for all orders worldwide. We're sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns for international customers, returns must be made at your own cost. 
  • We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, stained or scented. Items must have tags and labels still intact to be accepted for returns or exchanges. MyDresslily reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, MyDresslily might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.
  • In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the grand total cost of the order (Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return an item(s), then the discount you qualified for is subjected to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. Refund will then be recalculated accordingly to reflect promotional terms.
  • Exchanges are free. Simply indicate the sizes you wish to exchange on the note, and we will ship out the exchanged products as soon as we receive the returns.
Pre-Order Returns
  • Pre-Order returns are accepted 18-days from the ship date of the item.

    Instructions on how to return/exchange

    1. Returned or exchanged items must contact our customer service within the 14-Day Return Period. E-mail: support@mydresslily.com 
    2. Print out the return shipping label sent to your e-mail
    3. Pack the returning goods into boxes and stick the return shipping label outside the box.
    4. Drop the package to your preferred UPS drop off location or the location assigned by other carriers.
    5. Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your refund/exchange. You will receive separate e-mails when we receive your returned package and when refund processed*.
    6. Exchange of products are free. But the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to our warehouse for an exchange, and we will pay to the resend shipping.
    7. *Typically it takes 3-7 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.

    We do not provide return/ exchange service for products with following conditions

    • Jewelry
    • Final Sale Items (Final Sale Clothing are indicated as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.)
    • Items marked Clearance Sale are non-refund, non-returnable, or non-exchange.
    • Any damage caused by individual factors, such as:
      (a) Products have been used, damaged, or tainted including smell which would affect the ability to resell.
      (b) Products altered or washed.

      International Orders Return Policy

      • International customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service.
      • We offer 14-days no-question return/exchange service since you receive the package, but if out of the date range, we do NOT offer exchanges for any orders placed internationally.

      Before you return your order, please check your local customs and borders office and file a request to return your items.

      MyDresslily is not legally authorized to do so on behalf of our international customers. Please file the request first before sending back your items.

      Please note that our US warehouse currently suspended to receive the returned item due to COVID-19, please email our after-sales department. So the return address will be provided by email after submitting the application to our after-sales service department.

      *Please remember to include the printed copy of your invoice or leave a page to mention your order number so that we may trace the refund to your account.
