Where does MyDresslily deliver to?

We ship orders to all countries from our suppliers in CN or the warehouse in the USA on Monday – Saturday, except public holidays. 

What delivery options do I have?

You can choose between Free Shipping, Standard Shipping,Expedited Shipping,Expedited Insured Shipping and Standard Insured Shipping. Our default order processing time is 1 - 3 days.

Handing Time 
Usually, we ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your instant payment.

Standard Shipping (FREE)
7-20 business days (FREE on orders over $49)

Standard delivery is free on orders over $49. This will apply automatically at the checkout. During the busy season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Standard Shipping
7-20 business days,  $5.99 (orders less than $49)

Expedited Shipping
5 - 8 business days,  $25.99 (orders less than $129)

Expedited Shipping (FREE)
5 - 8 business days,  Free on orders over $129

If your package gets lost or stolen, we will send you another one.

What delivery locations can I choose?

We offer you the following delivery options.

Delivery to your home address:

Select Free ShippingStandard Shipping or Expedited Shipping as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as the delivery address.

Delivery to an alternative address:

Write an order note on Cart page or Checkout page, leave the alternative address in the order note, then select Free ShippingStandard Shipping or Expedited Shipping as delivery option in the checkout, we will handle the alternative address when reviewing the order.

Online shopping outside the location of residence

If you would like to order something while you are abroad, visit the MyDresslily website of the location you are currently located in and provide a local delivery address in that location.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels

If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to MyDresslily.
