Refunds and Terms
After the returned irems arrives at our warehouse and has quality inspectors to conduct an inspection, we will refund immediately. Until then, I’m sorry we can’t refund you
1.Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 45 days after your order was first placed.
3.We will not accept refunds for items that have been worn, damaged, stained, or scented. Items must have tags and labels still intact to be accepted for refunds. MyDresslily reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above.
