We aim to process all exchanges within 3 working days of receiving your returned MyDresslily parcel. We will send you an email confirmation of your return, and that your exchange has been processed.
Once processed, exchanges will be sent on a standard shipping service, via 4PX or Singapore Post and this will be tracked. Please note, your exchange request is subject to stock availability.
If your parcel shows that is has been successfully delivered back to our HQ, and you have not had any further correspondence from us after 7 working days, then please contact us immediately.
