How to return my order? 

You have 14 days to return or exchange your items from the date received. Please follow the easy steps below:

1.Returned or exchanged items must contact our customer service within the 14-Day Return Period. E-mail: support@mydresslily.com 

2.Contact an express carrier nearby you and submit a shipping request, and then wait for the courier to pick up the package. 

3.Once you send the package out, please get in touch with us with the tracking number.

*Important

(1) Please remember to include your returns form and tick your reason for return and if you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

(2) Items marked Clearance Sale are non-refund, non-returnable, or non-exchange.

Please keep your proof of postage receipt. 

Once we have received your items return, we will process your return / exchange within 24 hours. A member of our customer care team will then email you with conformation of your refund / exchange.
